Title pretty much sums it up. I have an issued IOTV in UCP that I'm just seeing if there's any interest. I'd like to hear any dollar value or trade offers. I can either text or email pics just PM me with your number or email.

Forgot to mention, I also have soft plates in it. I also have a set of small issued plates.
