Socom gear kel Tech PLR16

I acquired a kel-tec PLR16 in a trade and I have no idea how it works or comes apart.  Do any of the techs  Here have any experience working on it. It shoots fine but I would like to install a NPAS or some kind of velocity reducing system for CQB.

The video is for the real steel equivalent, but as its a gas blowback, it should be somewhat useful for getting into it.
