Sample Event - How to post an upcoming event

Subject of the new topic should be formatted so the location, then the type of game, then the date.

Ex.

"UP Airsoft CHANNING - PICKUP GAME - 03/23/16"

LOCATION: UP Airsoft Channing MI
(Name of the field as well as city. If you have more than one field specify it here

WHEN: 03/23/2016 12PM NOON CST
(Date and time of event, include time zone since not everyone may realize the time zone issue with different sites

(Including a google map to the location will help guys find it and makes it easier for new guys)

EVENT DESCRIPTION: This event will be primarily outdoor play with some CQB in limited areas.
(This is just a sample event but this is where you would include a short description of what the event will be style of play etc.)
