Said he was interested in my wares, planned a meet-up date, then the day of he completely went blank on communication. Didn't respond. Didn't even have the decency to tell me he was pulling out of the deal. Just left me hanging. To me at least, he has last the value of his word.
Get paypal secure from him, do not believe him when he says cash in hand when you do the transaction.
