Nice 1911 man, I use to run that same 1911 as my main sidearm.  I liked it so much that after my first one broke I got another one and it should last you a long time.

Got some new toys:
Pretty standard Bipod.
G&P 552
G&P 4x32 Acog
Vector Optics Swift 1.25-4.5 Short Dot.

All of them are in good shape.  I wish i would have gone with a more expensive short dot though. This one will definitely do it's job but their $100+ models are much better.  The glass is very clear for a sub 100$ short dot though.  If you're on a strict budget I would definitely say this one is better then the bravo optic.
King Arms 'CQB' M4 -- King Arms 20" DMR -- King Arms 16" Rifle.
M81, Digital Marpat and Multicam.

Well I'll apologize for the photo since it's indoors on my bench at the moment. But I just picked up an EO Tech clone and this is a first for me in clone optics. Crazy as it is I've owned oodles of guns over the years but very few optics. I picked this one up used from here had a few problems, wouldn't turn off etc. Well I couldn't help myself so I tossed it on the gun and it worked but the up button wasn't working nor the NV mode(I knew this so not sellers fault by any stretch). I considered leaving it be and using it but I have a hard time having broken things not working. So I tore into it, resoldered all the connections that were broken, fixed the windage and elevation adjustors and cleaned it up internally. Then reassembled and it's all 100% functional again and I'm quite pleased with the end results especially for what I've got in it;)

So I'll be rocking this on a few guns here and there and decide what I'll leave it on but for now it's on my primary M4. I tried it on the stubby but this version is actually pretty dang long and with the flip up sights it just wasn't happening without fiddling and it wasn't worth it so back to my old red dot for that and EO Tech clone on this one.

Take care!

Huehue Hope you enjoy that EoTech Luke since you basically stole it (Not really guys) from me haha.

Since im done with CQB since KA is the only place near me and I kinda got banned from there for me posting that stuff on the old MIA, so I traded off my CQB Polarstar and got myself a P* M249 and going to drop about $250 of upgrades into it so I can actually get threw a mag on a tank of air.

Picked up a couple goodies this weekend, all found locally at hobby stores and an Army Surplus store in Lansing. Picked up a Massif combat shirt, Bluewater Defense bottoms, Altama ripple style desert boots, a nice LiPo balance charger (since I hadn't picked one up since I've made the switch to LiPos 2+ years ago, haha) and a SightMark M-Spec reflex sight, to replace my 552 replica that crapped out on me. It's actually quite nice. Build quality is very good, feels well made and sturdy, and the reticule is much much more clearer than the 552 clone. I will admit it looks a little odd, but I can't even find the EOtech replicas onliine, they're discontinued everywhere. It'll take some getting used to, but functionality > looks. Doesn't look bad on my SCAR, but after being used to a 552 for so long, the reflex style just looks..... Backwards. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and expect to see me on the field in the very near future. Just need a new comm setup and a couple MC pouches to replace my CB/tan ones and I'm good to go this season.

*EDIT* Tossed a shot of the incomplete kit all together up. I am in no way going for an impression, just using what I like and what works for me.

I think the optic looks good price is a bit high from what I'm seeing for my taste;) But I'm cheap when it comes to optics and airsoft. I can't justify the costs of expensive optics on most of my guns but that said I'm all about what floats your boat and works for you, I think it looks good though.

Yeah, I hear that. It wasn't cheap, but way cheaper than I expected. It was tagged for $169.99, but when I rang it up at the counter, it was around $110ish, so it wasn't TOO bad on my wallet.

$110 isn't bad at all, a little high but not bad. All the online prices I was seeing were $200 flat which is a touch more than I can justify for an optic;)
