Tech Questions / Want to upgrade my sniper

I have a bolt action sniper which I love to use but it gets out ranged and out performed my others snipers. In shot I was wondering were I should go to get my gun upgraded, I would do it myself but I don't have the experience yet. So if anyone has a place that is good at it or is able to do it let me know.

If this is in the wrong section please let me know.

I have a few guns that work well but I'm at the point where I want to upgrade them. That being said I would feel comfortable yet doing it myself, so I was wondering if anyone knows of shops in Michigan that will fix guns or install upgrades.
