As KSC and KWA are essentially made in the same factory, same design, etc, and that both are auto pistol platforms, I would want to believe they should be.
I would recommend looking up parts diagrams for each and comparing closely. But aside from that, the only thing that wouldn't be clear until all parts are in hand would be fitment on the rails and alignment/dimensions of everything.
