If its alright with the GSAT, I'll have you guys on Bravo. Also, be sure to let me know asap how many plan on turning up.That's cool.
Here's the info I will be needing:1) Five
Why does the first shot go sooo much further than the others??The air seal is being broken somewhere after that first shot. It's likely between the hop-up chamber and the air nozzle.
Thanks to all who answer
Saying you're too old to play airsoft would be like saying you are too old to mow the lawn!!!That doesn't make any sense. My grandfather literally can't mow his own lawn.
Due to lack of attendance the date has been changed to 7-11-15. and the game has been changed to a day game since no interests was shown in a night game. please reconfirm your attendance for the new date.In that case, remove myself, Killer, Android, and Ghostairsoft13. We will not be attending.
-I should probably study the map more, but when I asked where respawn is at one point I was told "west point" I had no idea where west point was so I just followed the road and looked for friendlies. I think it would be easier/simpler for newer players/uneducated players if there were signs at each major point/base and maybe some signs on the side of the road pointing towards each major point. I also think that would add some ascetics for immersion. This should be added to the list of things to do during the build time.
My only advice is keep your rig simple and affordable. I started playing when I was 12 and at age 16 I began buying all sorts of gear thinking it was going to work good. I probably spent close to 500$ on tactical gear alone and I hardly use it. I made the mistake of being sucked into the "tacticool" crowd for a short time and I regret it.Or if you know you're going to put time into the game in the long run, do a lot of research and THEN drop a lot of money on the gear that you know (from your research) will work.
I have a suggestion for what I feel is still separating this game from what I feel was the best game I've ever been a part of, Geronimo. The thing that was really unique about Geronimo was the separation of the game into "scenes". The thing that really added a lot to the story, for me, was the briefing before each scene. The briefing covered how we did in the last scene and then because of that outcome, what we had to do in the next scene. That is what I feel is lacking in every other milsim I've attended, both Bastard events and Lion Claws / Blacksheep games. Without that, you just don't get near as immersed into the simulation. This is why Geronimo will forever be talked about, as the best milsim Airsoft has ever had to offer. If that was rolled into a 24 game, nothing, that the big names in national Airsoft put together, could ever touch it.The problem with that is that it introduces downtime. The Realsim events have been all about eliminating downtime.
EA's press conference didn't have much besides Battlefront. That's good. I don't want them to focus on anything else, lest they screw this one up.
