Hi all. After 3 years in Airsoft I've decided to buy my first M4. I have a $200 budget which is why I'm buying used. Would prefer a full length M4 with a carry handle. Thanks!

Yay, airsoftgi. What did they do to the poor G36?
I don't know but I kind of like it...

I have a shotgun setup that I can sell. It is a MOLLE vest with 31 shells and pouches for all of them. Also the shotgun has a butt pouch for extra shells and the best has a shotgun scabbard that you can put on the back. PM me if you are interested.

I have mixed feelings about this event. I was on green team Charlie squad so I was basically the Russian's +1. It took us about 15 minutes from the start of the game until we were actually got out on the field. Tan definitely outnumbered us by a significant amount and that was one factor that while annoying is something that green usually has to deal with. Over all I had a good time and met a lot of people that I only knew from the forums. The negative parts of the event are as follows; hit calling—when I shoot someone 3 times in the stomach and you flinch I would appreciate it if you called your hit. I understand however that with heavy gear on and with the secondary war against Mosquitos going on you could not notice it. Another negative was that for the first part of the day the rules were pretty unclear with people spawning behind enemy lines and stuff like that. Those are pretty much the only negatives that I can think of and none of those could have really been avoided too much. Onto the things I liked, I liked the comraderie that these sorts of games bring out. When abbot guided me and two Russians to a way around tan's right flank so that we could take the church is now my favorite airsoft engagement, the fact that us three were able to capture the church and push into tan'd flank like that still amazes me. Overall: good day with minor issues.

It's looking like I won't be able to make this one. I have orientation in Maine on the 23rd for college and it's a long drive.

I've been to a few events where there are serious posers or valor thieves, and I understand it is serious disrespect. This will be the first airsoft event ever for a few of my +1s and they know to be respectful. They know better than to claim false military membership. With this in mind, can I expect them to be verbally harassed or asked to leave if they borrow and wear a family member's old uniform with rank and unit patches?

It's the only uniform they can get a hold of. If they aren't able to then they have to wear civi crap.

Me + 3 attending.
I don't know about unit patches but if you wear a tank patch that you didn't earn you are begging for trouble.

I have myself and 2 other buddies that want to get in on this... We have 3 pairs of ACU's and would prefer to wear them... Do those go down under tan or green team?
ACU is tan

Okay I'll come out then. Is it okay if I wear jungle tiger for green then? I'll be on Dice and I have no preference for which squad you put me on.

So just to clarify are the only camo patterns allowed those explicitly listed or can I wear a different green or tan based camo. I'm just asking because my green camo is jungle tiger and my tan is desert tricolor.

GAS / Re: Foam foot balls vs foam balls vs rubber caps

I am strongly in favor of the foam balls because they are light weight, easy to reload into the grenades, small enough to carry many of them and in general have a longer range than rubber caps. The foam balls are definitely the way to go.
