Airsoft Events / Re: REC: Hell Survivors 2021 Airsoft Schedule
« on: March 30, 2021, 06:19:00 PM »
Great bump for Hell's Survivors.  Games there should be a more frequent thing.

For readers, the complete rules are Here:

https://irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com/c5355ce2/files/uploaded/Airsoft%20Rules.pdf

This site is pretty dead IMO,  but its worth noting these extras:

-Only Approve BIO BB's are allowed on site.
-"Goggles" with foam seal and straps are not allowed.
-Full face Protection required (mask, shegmagh, etc).

From what I've learned, Bio BB's are available for purchase on site. If this is wrong, let me know.

Ill be there this weekend.  :)

DM me if you need a squad buddy.

WILLING TO SELL G&G M16A4 W/ G&P FREE FLOAT SPR CONVERSION KIT.

Everything pictured will be included.

$250 OBO

Forms of acceptable payment:

VENMO
Check by-mail

I am located in Michigan.  Shipping is included with the price.

Externals include:

  • The Base gun is a G&G M16A4, one of the original full metal lines.
  • The SPR kit is a G&P and includes the Free Float Rail, Outer Barrel and Flip Up Sight.
  • Matrix 4 x 32 range- finding adjustable telescopic scope
  • Amazon bi-pod (forgot brand).  Its harris style and in perfect condition
  • Mock PEQ box w/ functioning Red laser
  • Original A4 front handguard and barrel/ delta ring assembly.

Upgraded internals include:
  • Matrix M130 Spring
  • DeepFire Brass O-Ring Air Nozzle
  • MadBull Python Tightbore 6.03
  • G&G H-Hop Hop Up Nub
  • Replacement G&G green bucking

About the gun:

Most of the internals are stock.  The gun has probably had less than 3000 rounds shot through it, being it is a DMR platform.  Muzzle FPS w/ .20 gram BB is around 450.  w/ .32 it is around 380 - 410.  The gun performs well and when tuned correctly, is very effective past 100 feet.  For its age (over 5 year old gun), it performs very well with no catastrophic failures.

Known Issues:

The crimp connectors on the motor have come off during gameplay due to vibration.  The crimp connectors have been re-clamped and no issues since.

Recommended Maintainence:

I recommend a shim job and new wiring if the purchaser decides to run this replica as a primary DMR. Replace Tamiya connectors with Deans.

Additional Information

Included are 5 King Arms mid-capacity VN style magazines.  Known feeding issues.  Just looking to get rid of them; they are not included in the price of the package.  Use at your own discretion.

Thank you for looking!  Please PM me for more information of if you wish to make a purchase.

V/R,

Alex

Airsoft Discussion / Re: How go the games at Hell Survivors?
« on: March 03, 2019, 10:08:02 AM »
I'm off facebook too, so its challenging keeping up with planned events.  I also don't know if there is any one particular person who organizes them... We need to exploit these calendar events and get them on the Events board.

My understanding is that they host games on the First Saturday Sunday of each month starting in April, they use regular paintball refs and turn out is typically weak unless there is an OP or Scenario game or something.

I talked to the field manager last summer when I was out there for a paintball outing; the consensus was that its an occasionally a potluck of enthusiasts, young kids and experienced players.  I went out there once for a Saturday a year ago, and no one showed up.  Its hit or miss I guess.  There was a game in December that I missed, apparently it had good turn out.

Are you interested in planning an OP?  I would love to contribute.  Hells Survivors is great for scaled gameplay. Masters course is absolutely treacherous, an incredibly fun challenge.

ALCON,

WTS:

Fully functional CYMA CM. 028

Nomenclature:  AK-47 PARA

FEATURES:

- x1 High Capacity Magazine (functioning)
- Metal front end, sights, stock, magazine.
- Plastic receiver, handguard, grip.
- BATTERY NOT INCLUDED

BACKGROUND:

Now that all the important stuff is out of the way, I purchased this gun on Evike's Boneyard page hoping it would come in pieces, and give me something to do during a rainy day.  However, they sent me a fully functioning Replica that did not pass QC because the folding stock is wobbles a bit.  That is the only concern.  I have put about 100 rounds through it, on both semi-and fully automatic with, maybe, a couple of misfeeds.

Originally purchased for $60, I am willing to let this go for $70 (original cost after shipping) being there was nothing to fix in the first place. The replica originally retails for approximately $100 on Evike:

https://www.evike.com/products/23923/

WTT FOR:

A CQB-rated MP5.

OR

ANY CQB rated gun or equal value. Preferably not an M4, but I will consider any offer.

If you have specific questions/offers, please PM me.

It would be beneficial to give us a current attendance headcount on your post so interested players have an idea as to what the turnout will be like.  I really enjoyed playing this field this past summer, it is rare to find a good organized event/field in SE Michigan.

Cash is tight right now but if I can muster up $50 come this weekend I will try to make attendance.

Hope all goes well!

After Action Reports / REC: 82nd Airsoft, Sunday July 16.
« on: July 20, 2017, 06:51:20 PM »
ALCON,

Had a great time playing with the guys from the 82nd this past weekend; their field does not get the credit it deserves.  Great staff, awesome field with incredibly well-built structures and tents and balanced teams.

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE more new and veteran players to check out this field and help achieve greater turnout.

There are two things that every player should know about this field:

1) HOT GRENADES AND SMOKE ARE ALLOWED, AND SOLD ON PREMISES FOR CHEAP.  Grenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenadesgrenades

2) Quality rentals are available.

That is all!

I'm  interested, what does your turnout look like so far?  Looks like you guys put up a decent amount of effort getting your website running, as well as those bunkers that aren't plywood pallets and tarps...

Won't be able to make it out to this one, have fun guys. :)
